[Kairi has been listening to the comm for a while now. Having awoken in a strange room, it took her a few minutes to remember the circumstances which must have brought her there. And now, with all the chatter about violence and sorrow, she’s certain; she’s not on her island any more.]

What world is this?

[It doesn’t look like a gummi ship. But then she knows as much about gummis as she does about this strange communication device.

There’s a pause and then a sigh. It can’t hurt to ask, can it?]

Everyone here that isn't a crew member, yes. They say they're taking us to the Golden Shore. No one's figured out a way to get back to our homes yet.

That's awful! Why would anyone do that? It doesn't make sense.

Oh, well. Something like this has happened to me before. I didn't choose to come here, but I chose to leave my home. And I know I'll find my way back there.
